Psychological Assessments
A thorough psychological assessment forms the foundation of effective treatment. It provides a comprehensive understanding of your cognitive functioning, emotional state, personality structure, and any underlying psychological conditions — giving both you and your therapist a clear roadmap for care.
Assessments are available for adults and adolescents, and cover a wide range of concerns, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders, ADHD, learning difficulties, trauma-related conditions, and psychosis spectrum conditions such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
The assessment process typically involves a clinical interview, standardised psychological tests and questionnaires, and a detailed written report with findings, diagnosis (where applicable), and personalised recommendations for treatment.
All assessments are conducted in a private, supportive environment. Results are discussed with you in a follow-up session so you fully understand the findings and next steps.
